Room For Thought creates space, both literally and emotionally, to slow down, reflect and explore what is going on beneath the surface. In a busy and often demanding world, therapy can offer a steady place to make sense of experiences and reconnect with what matters most.
Sessions are guided by openness, curiosity and care. Together we may explore patterns of thinking, feeling and relating, as well as the impact of past and present experiences. Where helpful, practical strategies and skills are also introduced to support day-to-day wellbeing.
