Bulk billing is not offered. Rebates may be available through Medicare, NDIS funding or private health depending on eligibility and cover.
Standard individual appointments
Fees start at $280 per session
Mental Health Care Plan rebates may apply for eligible clients, with 6 plus 4 sessions and a total of 10 per calendar year.

Assessment fees include testing, questionnaires and a report where applicable. Parent interviews, feedback sessions, school or kindergarten observations and additional cognitive assessments may be required depending on the referral question.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or changed at short notice, the practice is often unable to offer that time to someone else.
- More than 48 hours' notice: no cancellation fee
- Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the full session fee applies
- Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: full session fee applies
- For Monday and Tuesday appointments, changes must be made by 12pm Friday or fees apply
